Enjoying God, Making Friends & Changing Lives

IMPORTANT: Due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, we are no longer having physical gatherings on Sundays. Through this season, we’ll be hosting interactive gatherings LIVE on our Facebook page every Sunday at 10:30am.

We love meeting together on Sundays to worship Jesus, receive teaching from the Bible and enjoy God as a whole family.  Our meetings tend to be pretty informal and everybody is welcome.  Just come as you are!

We start with coffee at 10.30 and finish around 12.20p.m. We meet in the Turbine Hall of the CastleGate (our church building). For more info on how to find us click HERE.

We have about 30 minutes of sung worship led by a band followed by some news from around our church family and a talk from the Bible that applies to real life.  Each Sunday our prayer team are available after the service to pray for anyone who would like that.

There is plenty of time at the start and the end to chat to people and our Get Connected team are always around to answer questions and help people find out how they can get involved.

We want our Sundays to be a resource that helps us to live out our broader vision as a church family.  Sundays are a place where our passion for Jesus and His mission is fueled and where we receive practical equipping to go out into the city and win people with the love of God.

Activities for Children

At City Church we have a whole range of stuff for children and teenagers. You can read more about our different groups here or speak to a member of the Get Connected Team for more info on what’s going on for each age group. We sometimes have Family Services where the kids join is in the main hall to so we can gather to Jesus as one big family.

Special Sundays

We regularly break bread and drink wine to celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus. We also have special Sundays where we baptise new Christians, bless new babies, refocus on our vision and help people to connect to our City Groups and ministry teams.

We would love to see you on a Sunday morning.  You would be so welcome to join us!
